Yogourmet Fresh Cheese, Buttermilk & Sour Cream Starter makes a variety of cultured dairy recipes, such as a delicious home-made cheese spread which can be flavoured by seasonings such as vegetables, fruits and spices. This starter does not require the use of a yogurt maker because the milk is incubated at room temperature for about 16 to 18 hours.
